Named in honor of the Greek word for beer, Zythos® was designed to complement existing IPA and Pale Ale hop varieties. It is an excellent blend for any hop forward beer. Specific aroma descriptors include distinct tropical (pineapple) and citrus tones with slight pine characteristics. Use with the other big hops like Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo to make a great hop forward pale ale or IPA.
