Pre-gelatinized unmalted wheat that can be used as a cereal grain/adjunct in the mash, and can replace malted wheat if you desire. Increases body and head retention, as well as adding a very slight toasted flavour. We recommend using Rice Hulls with this grain to avoid a stuck mash.

 

Typical Beer Style(s): Lager, Ale, Wheat Beers, ESB, English Ales

Recommended Maximum Usage: Up to 40% for Wheat Beers, 2-3% for aiding head retention and body.
