Simpsons Roasted Barley is a quintessential ingredient for Irish Dry Stouts. Slight bitterness, with roasted and coffee flavour notes make this the perfect malt for the darkest beers. Adds dark colour and roast / coffee flavours to beer. Used in brown ales, a requirement for stouts, and even red ales in smaller quantities.

 Recommended Maximum Usage: 1-10%
