Galaxy Hops – 1oz

This is the big daddy of all hops. We have never seen a more sought after hop than this one, we typically sell out of this one within days of receiving it!
Galaxy packs an absolute punch of citrus, peach, and passionfruit aroma. It also has the highest percentage of essential oils in the hop industry. It features strongly in some of the best IPAs made in the country. This hop is meant to be used either as a late addition boil hop, or more appropriately in whirlpooling and dry hopping.

Alpha Acid: 11.6-16%, 2020 Crop -> 15.5%
Beta Acid: 5-6.9%
